How do I access the secure platform?
Certain operational capabilities and information are available through secure access. Contact our team to learn more about onboarding and credentialing requirements.
How is access granted?
After review and triage of your request, we issue temporary access credentials through a secure two-email process. On first login, you'll be prompted to create your permanent username and password.
Are passwords encrypted?
Yes. All customer credentials are encrypted. We follow structured procedures for credential issuance, access review, and audit.
Does access expire?
Yes. Our access procedures include scheduled review cycles and archiving for audit purposes. Specific timelines are covered during onboarding.
Can my team share an account?
No. Each user receives individual credentials tied to their role. Shared accounts undermine the audit trail we maintain for every customer.

Does this website store my personal information?
The public marketing website does not store personal information. The contact form routes messages to our team mailboxes and is not retained beyond what's needed to respond. The secure platform, accessed via login, is a separate system with its own access and data controls.
Is the secure platform the same as the website?
No. The website is our public-facing presence. The secure platform is a separate, access-controlled application for customers. Logging in from the website hands you off to the secure platform.
